Jimmy John’s Field Hosts Job Fair for 2024 Season

The United Shore Professional Baseball League (USPBL powered by UWM) announced today that it will be holding a job fair on Saturday, February 24, 2024 for people interested in seasonal staff positions at the ballpark for the upcoming season. The job fair will be held at Jimmy John’s Field, located at 7171 Auburn Road in downtown Utica, with interview sessions from 10 am to Noon.

The baseball league will be interviewing for seasonal staff positions that include:

  • Bartender
  • Concessions Staff
  • Grounds Crew
  • Assistant Head Groundskeeper
  • Group Outing Representative
  • Guest Services
  • Cook
  • Merchandise Clerk
  • Operations / Cleaning Crew
  • Parking Lot Attendant
  • Server
  • Shuttle Driver
  • Ticket Taker
  • Usher
  • Warehouse / Stocker
  • Box Office

“While we have many staff members who return season after season at the ballpark each summer, we are always looking to add new members to our team who can bring the kind of positive energy and Disney-like experience to all fans who attend USPBL games at Jimmy John’s Field,” said USPBL President Dana Schmitt. “If you are someone who loves interacting with other people, always wears a smile, and loves baseball, then we want to see you at our job fair!”

The USPBL powered by UWM baseball season at Jimmy John’s Field begins on Friday, May 17, 2024 and runs through Saturday, September 7, 2024. This year will be the ninth season of USPBL baseball.
