USPBL Pitches New Kids Club Program

ROCHESTER, Mich. – The United Shore Professional Baseball League is providing kids a unique fan experience to interact with their favorite players, coaches and mascots at Jimmy John’s Field in historic downtown Utica, Mich., this summer. The 2018 USPBL Kids Club will feature two membership levels, Rookie and MVP, that are loaded with perks.

“My kids have been in the clubhouse in Arizona, Detroit, and Chicago. They have met multiple major league players, played with their kids and babysat by their wives. But this is the best time they have ever had at a ballgame,” said USPBL fan Luke Bonner. “They cherished the autographs they got more than they got from Paul Konerko and Prince Fielder. I never would have imagined that. Ten out of ten.”

“We are very excited to have two options for the Kids Club this year, which will be so much fun for the kids,” said Community Relations Coordinator Megan Malloy. “Both options allow kids to receive free tickets to Sunday games and the MVP Club has an extra added value with getting items that represent the team mascot that they sign up for, that you can’t find anywhere else in the ballpark.”

Opening Weekend is May 11-13. Don’t miss opening day on Friday night with a Fireworks Spectacular, live music with American Band, debuts by the USPBL Bat Dog, JJ, The Field General, and the United Dance Crew, and face painting. Saturday will feature WCSX Classic Rock with Journey Tribute Band, Captured Detroit, and a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday Fun Day. The first 750 fans through the gates opening weekend will receive a schedule magnet giveaway.
