Eastside’s offense was highlighted by Jordan Malott, who launched a solo home run in the second inning for the Diamond Hoppers’ first run of the game. Yan Fernandez collected two of Eastside’s five hits and drove in a run, while Brendan Seman added an RBI as the Hoppers scored once in the seventh and once in the eighth.
