1. Eligibility: The USPBL Fall Music Classic VIP Ticket Giveaway is open to eligible legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the United States Professional Baseball League (“USPBL”), and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter: Eligible participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form during the promotional period. Entrants will select the USPBL Fall Music Classic concert they would like to attend:
Friday, September 18, 2026 – Chris Janson with Julia Cole and Mac Watts
Saturday, September 19, 2026 – Rick Ross with Trick Trick, Esham and Ishii Qash
Sunday, September 20, 2026 – Gene Simmons with Derek St. Holmes and Kaleido
Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the official entry form. Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
3. Prize: Winner(s) will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the selected USPBL Fall Music Classic concert at UWM Field, 7171 Auburn Road, Utica, MI 48317. Tickets have no cash value, are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Transportation, parking, food, beverages and other expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
4. Winner Selection & Notification: Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form. The winner must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe or is determined to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
5. Event Changes: Concert dates, times, performers and event details are subject to change. USPBL is not responsible for artist cancellations, postponements, schedule changes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for USPBL to use the winner’s name, likeness and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of USPBL regarding the giveaway, which shall be final. USPBL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security or fairness of the giveaway.
8. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless USPBL, UWM Field, participating artists, their respective affiliates, officers, employees and representatives from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
9. Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by the USPBL in connection with the USPBL Fall Music Classic at UWM Field.
