Prohibited Items

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry.

    • Alcohol
    • Outside food or beverages of any kind
    • Bottles, cans, thermoses, glass containers, plastic water bottles, aluminum bottles, or liquid containers of any kind
    • Coolers of any kind (except approved medical exceptions)
    • Aerosol products, including sunscreen, hairspray, mace, pepper spray, and other personal care products
    • Bags or backpacks
    • Chairs of any kind (including lawn chairs, beach chairs, and portable chairs; wheelchairs exempt)
    • Wagons, carts, red wagons, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or personal motorized vehicles
    • Tents, canopies, hammocks, umbrellas, inflatables, or other shade structures
    • Drones or any remote-controlled flying devices
    • Professional cameras, detachable lenses, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, GoPro mounts, professional audio/video equipment, or any equipment intended primarily for video or audio recording
    • Laser pointers/pens
    • Air horns, noisemakers, projectiles, Frisbees, beach balls, signs or similar items
    • Firearms, knives, bats, weapons, explosives, fireworks, or other dangerous items
    • Illegal drugs, illicit substances, or drug paraphernalia
    • Pets (except service animals)
    • Large chains, spiked jewelry, or other potentially dangerous accessories
    • Unauthorized vending, solicitation, giveaways, flyers, stickers, samples, or promotional materials
    • Obscene, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate clothing as determined by venue management
    • No spiked heels

Management reserves the right to prohibit any item not specifically listed if it is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with venue policies.

Bag Policy

Bags or backpacks will not be permitted inside UWM Field.

    • All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.
    • Only tickets purchased through the Fall Music Classic Ticketing Page and TicketReturn are valid.
    • If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
    • Please remember that concert tickets are like money and should be secured at all times. Lost or stolen tickets can only be reprinted for the account holder, with a valid photo ID. Tickets that can be verified as lost, stolen, or not received may be reprinted and must be held for pickup on concert event day. No reprinted tickets will be mailed.   • Where can I buy tickets?
    • When available, tickets will be on sale on the Fall Music Classic Ticketing Page and TicketReturn.
  • When will I get my tickets?
    • Tickets will be emailed to you right after purchase or saved to your apple wallet. If you need to change an email address, please contact the Box Office at 248-759-5278 or email to boxoffice@uspbl.com.
    • If you do not receive your tickets before the event, please reach out to the Box Office at 248-759-5278 or email boxoffice@uspbl.com or visit the Box Office at UWM Field, located at 7171 Auburn Road, Utica, MI 48317.
  • Do kids have to purchase tickets?
    • All persons entering UWM Field will need a ticket, including children.

  • What are the dates and hours of the Fall Music Classic 2026?
    • The Fall Music Classic takes place Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 20 at UWM Field – 7171 Auburn Road, Utica, MI 48317.
    • The concert will open 30 minutes before the first scheduled act.
      • Friday, First Opener – 5:30 pm
      • Saturday, First Opener – TBA
      • Sunday, First Opener – TBA
  • Can I leave and re-enter the concert on the same day?
    • No, once you have entered the concert you cannot leave. There is no re-entry.

Health, Safety and Security

  • Safety and Security
    • The safety and well-being of our fans, artists, guests and staff is paramount. Organizers work closely with local officials to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the concert grounds. They are there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.
  • Entry Protocols
    • For the safety of everyone entering the concert, all fans are subject to a full and complete security check prior to entry. This may include metal detectors and a pat-down. Please see our prohibited items list before heading into the concert.

 Accessibility

What ADA and accessibility accommodations are available?

  • World Series of Music fans who require ADA seating may call the Box Office at 248-759-5278 for information on seating availability.
  • Fall Music fans who require ADA / Handicap Parking can find parking either by checking at Parking Lot B, where there are a limited number of Handicap Parking spaces available, or by parking in the Handicap Parking area in Parking Lot A and taking the UWM Field Shuttle to the main front gates of the ballpark. We also allow Handicap Dropoff at the corner of Auburn Road and Moscone Drive in front of the main front gates to the ballpark.

Tailgating

Tailgating will not be permitted in any UWM Field Parking lot.

Parking

  • Parking will be $20 per car, payable by cash or card.
  • Tailgating will not be permitted in any UWM Field Parking lot.
  • UWM Field Parking lots will open 2 hours before gates open.
