Chris Janson Concert Ticket Giveaway

Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by the United States Professional Baseball League (USPBL), UWM Field, 7171 Auburn Road, Utica, MI 48317.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of USPBL and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted beginning on the date the giveaway post is published and will close at the date and time specified. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter:
Follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post.
Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Automated entries or entries submitted by bots or other automated methods will be disqualified.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the Chris Janson concert during the USPBL Fall Music Classic on Friday, September 18, 2026, at UWM Field in Utica, Michigan. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the social media platform on which they entered or by direct message within approximately 48 hours after the giveaway closes. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or another winner may be selected.

Prize Pickup
Tickets will be delivered electronically or held at Will Call at UWM Field. The winner may be required to present a valid photo ID.

Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant USPBL permission to use their name, likeness, hometown, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions
USPBL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
USPBL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless USPBL, UWM Field, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, sponsors, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
